Once upon a time there was a girl named Nadia Commenchi and she was born in 1961 in Romania. She started gymnastics when she was 6 years old she won lots of gold metals.In 1976 she was in the Montreal Olympics and that was in Canada.And she won 3 golds,1 silver and 1 bronze 7 -10s that was the first time anyone had scored a 10.After that she had played in the Moscow Olympics it was in Russian 1980s in that Olympic she won a amazing 2 golds and 2 silvers. In 1984 she became an Olympic coach for the Romanians gymnastics team and she was a good coach.In 1989 she escaped from USA and married an USA Olympic champion at gymnastic his name is Bart Conner.


Nadia commenchi has been training 6 days a week and 4 hours a day.she has a lot of strengh,speed and agility and watch her weight.


she has became a champion by her deter mind and doing hard work and she has done fearless and done brilliant work.When she done work and instead of a gold she won a silver she did not
complain or make a fuss.She was competing in lots of challenges and people say shes intelligent.When she was competing in France she focused hard to get a gold and she did get a gold.


she has competed well and be believe in her coach and the coach believe in her and she pushed to be her best and to do the best she can.Since the coach said to her never com 13 again and she never did.before she died the gave her a lucky doll.

she has lots of nice family and cool friends and her free time is on Sundays and her hobbies is gymnastic and she eats healthy food.

MSB Manu Samoa Boy (superhero) story

"Is it a plane? Is it superman? Is it wonderwomen?" said Leoden.
Sela said "No its the new superhero MSB. He can speak Samoan and he is so cute".
"Ooh Sela",said Paulita."Watch out Nathaniel he's landing". MSB went boom in to the goal and splat on the ground Room 15 went running to MSB. When he woke up he found himself surrounded by lots of children " Are you all right? "said Jacob" "Do you need to go to our to our sickbay?" MSB (Manu Samoa Boy) got up quickly and said "No I need to go back where I came from". So MSB got ready for take off he ran around in circles and jumped but he fell back down and said, "How am I going to fly again?"
"I know we will help you won't we room 15?"
"Yeah " room 15 said. One minute later MSB found out that he was in our class room. "We will look at the 4 principles of flight" remarked Paulita.
"What are the four principles of flight?" asked MSB
"Well we are learning about flight and the 4 principles of flight are weight, thrust, lift and drag",discussed Omni.
'There is another word that we call weight and it is called gravity " said Sione "Come we will show you on our teacher's board."
"Let's start with lift", said Sela
"Na lets start with drag", said MSB
"OK"said Sela
"Drag is the force that will slow down any thing that flies", said Tyler R. "Now its time for weight. Weight is a force that when when a plane wants to land they can go down and that is maybe why you fell because you were wearing something heavy "What is the heaviest object you are wearing now?"
"The heaviest thing I'm wearing now is my bling" said MSB
"You must take it off and give it to us." said Tyler
"OK but take care of of it it's really special. Now let's see if you can fly now. " We went out to the field. MSB ran in circles and jumped then he started flying and MSB said "Thank you", and we said "Bye."

The trip to MOTAT

When we went through the door of Motat for our senior trip we saw the pedals. It was on Richard Pearce's plane. His plane was really cool but it was really rusty because it was made years ago, so now it is also really dirty.I looked at the wheels then I saw the bicycle parts Richard Pearce used. In his air craft he traveled 140 metres but he had to first to make the air craft fly.The pedals also look exactly like our pedals right now.When I saw them I said "Ay they've got bycicle wheels, I know why...so when it lands it will land on his wheels instead of his aircraft".His wheels were quite rusty as well. When we went to look at the wings looked like they had plastic on them.But it was like glad wrap.

after that we went to look the famous Jean batten she was one of the first people to fly from Auckland to England in 1 hour and 34 minutes.

Hot Air Balloon

Today when we were doing our writing we saw a 4 wheel drive with a trailor at the back, and it was a hot air balloon coming to our school Pt England). When we saw it we were excited.
The buzzer came on and it was our principal. He said "When your teachers are ready
she will take you out to the hard court by the staff room". We went outside and Darryl and Matt were setting up the hot air balloon while Mr Burt was talking to us about the hot air balloon.

They had fan to blow the balloon up with the cold air. When the balloon was in the air
Itook a photo of it and I took a photo of the flame that was coming out of the burners. I
took a photo of the letters that were on the balloon and the letters were ZK-FBW.
